Eggheads: Eggdrop constantly getting ping timeout

I think that's something to do with the newer versions of eggdrop, 
because eggdrop1.6.10 worked perfectly with the very same .conf file of 
mine (even if the realname field was blank). However, a solution to this 
has to be found.
