channel prefix bug in src/mod/irc.mod/chan.c?
X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo

http://www.eggheads.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=422

           Summary:
                    channel prefix bug in src/mod/irc.mod/chan.c?
           Product: Eggdrop 1.6
           Version: 1.6.17
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Module: irc.mod
        AssignedTo: eggdev at eggheads.org
        ReportedBy: zathras3 at hotmail.com

Problem: if a channel does not start with one of these characters: '&#!+@$' PRIV
messages in the channel are not processed (others are) (CHANMETA has been
updated to include the new prefix)

in src/mod/irc.mod/chan.c
static int gotmsg(char *from, char *msg)

I think the line:

if (!strchr("&#!+@$", msg[0]))

should be:

if (!strchr(CHANMETA "@", msg[0]))

(Similar to the line in static int gotnotice(char *from, char *msg))
(or both should be 'if (!strchr(CHANMETA, msg[0]))' ?)
