Bugs: Compiling 1.6.16 under Woodie 2.4.26

Hi, I just visited #eggdrop.support on quakenet and they told me that I'm not the only one that reported that problem, so they advised me to send an email..here is the log.

The box is running a Debian Woody with kernel-version 2.4.26 and $CC="gcc-3.0"
I also tried 2.95 but that resulted in the same error
