The fix is quite simple really. Don't load compat.tcl. It should not be loaded
with new scripts anyway. I didn't want to include a time proc in compat.tcl when
I removed the old 'time' timestamp command from Eggdrop, but a few people made a
lot of noise about it. There is also no way I'm going to allow compat.tcl to
rename a Tcl built-in as is done with attachment id #60 as this is likely to
cause a lot more problems in the future. Again, the fix is simple: Don't load
compat.tcl.
