*shrug* I've been trying to come up with a better format overall, but
really haven't come up with one yet...Seems like our current format is
"difficult" just due to its design.

I don't know if I'd go so far as DocBook *yet*...but HTML might be nice...
Again, perhaps a whole new format is in order, one which can be dumped
into a file at release time...
