Bugs: trying too hard?

First off, Sorry about not filling out the 'bug-report' but I've done that
once already, and through extensive testing can say that this bug is
eggdrop specific, has nothing to do with tcl or OS.

Note: eggdrop1.4.4 does NOT have this problem

this bug is from eggdrop1.6.x, quick run down, I add 9 channels to the
bots chanlist, and connect it to an EFnet server (i am using my own test
server for this demonstration, running hybrid7, but i get the same affect
on real EFnet servers)

Trying to join all channels at once doesnt seem to work with hybrid
servers. I hope this makes it to someone who will attempt to look into
this. Thanks! 	-hoax
